House of MaRa
MARA OS Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
MARA OS is a private business management application built and used solely by House of MaRa (Matthew Ramirez-Davis, Los Angeles, CA) to run its own operations. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the House of MaRa owner signs in to it.
What MARA OS accesses
With the owner's permission, MARA OS connects to the owner's own Google account to:
- Read and update events on the owner's Google Calendar, including a dedicated "MARA OS" calendar.
- Send emails, such as invoices and payment reminders, from the owner's Gmail account when the owner chooses to send them.
- Read payment notification emails from the owner's bank in the owner's Gmail account, in order to match incoming payments to the owner's invoices. This access is read-only. MARA OS never sends, deletes, archives or changes emails it reads.
How data is stored
All data stays on the owner's own computer. Google sign-in credentials are stored locally on that computer and are never uploaded to any server operated by House of MaRa. MARA OS keeps only the details needed to record a payment (amount, date, payment method, sender name, memo and confirmation number). It does not keep copies of email contents.
Sharing
MARA OS does not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and does not use it for advertising. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google API Services
MARA OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be removed at any time from within MARA OS (Settings > Integrations > Disconnect) or from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
